Attention all experienced and passionate leaders in the library field! We are excited to announce an opening for the position of General Manager at the Sint Maarten Library.

The Sint Maarten Library will be celebrating its 100th anniversary on November 23, 2023. As a pre-cursor, the library will release every month a 100 new books. This campaign is to refresh our collection and is part of the count down to the celebration.

SXM Doet gave birth to a mural. Bernica Michel designed for us a triptych with three generations of readers in the middle. On their right Pandora's Box opens, and spreading happiness over the world.

The Sint Maarten Library started a campaign to release 100 books every month. For this, we are looking for volunteers.

Professional all-round librarian Barbra Arrindell worked at the Sint Maarten Library for two years (2005 – 2007).
