Library provides courses in multimedia technology this month

In the first course, participants will work with a program called “Movietrader”. This program uses videos with interactive quizzes. Participants will learn how to make interactive videos. Each month various topics in multimedia technology will be offered. During the month of May, participants will learn how to make animations and films. In June, interested persons will learn how to use an innovative presentation and storytelling program, called “Prezi”. Additional classes will be scheduled in the coming months. The courses are open to persons of all ages and will be held on weekday afternoons in the library from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The courses are free to students between 9 to 18 years of age, as well as Teachers. Persons 18 and older pay a contribution of $ 5 at the start of the workshop.
