Crossing the Seas

Under the theme “The Power of Memory,” the literary festival will bring together writers and poets from various countries— Iraq, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Belgium,—in a special program where they will recite poetry and read from their work. The program includes performances by St. Maarten poets Lysanne Charles, Marianne Tefft, Stephen “Stretch” Rodney and Giovanni Olivacce.

On Monday April 16th high school students will get a chance to meet the international authors as they will visit Milton Peters College, St Maarten Academy and St Dominic High school
